Like many of us, you have likely received a letter from ABP about the Remittal process in the Biogas case. We are currently constructing our own response document. A lot has changed since 2020, so there is plenty to add.

If it’s helpful, please find below a template highlighting some of the main points. You are free to use this if you wish. Regardless, it’s important that you have your say.

Make sure you fill in your name and address and highlight that you’ve already made a submission.

Please be aware of the deadline. Friday 16th August no later than 5.30pm

By post: latest coming Thurs, best by Swiftpost which is 10 euro, to ensure delivery next day. No further fees for this submission.
